I also grew up right here in the Bundaberg region. This is home for me. It’s where I went to school, built my career, and developed a deep understanding of how much pride people take in their homes — whether they’re moving on or preparing for what’s next.

During my time in the industry, I saw the same issue come up time and time again. Tenants would try their best, cleaners would do what they thought was enough, and property managers were still left with a list of things that didn’t meet standard. It wasn’t always about effort — it was about a disconnect.
