Frequently Asked Questions

No cleaner can legally guarantee a bond return. However, we clean to the standard expected by property managers, focusing on presenting the property to the best possible condition for your real estate and incoming tenants.

This does not include fair wear and tear or damages. Any concerns must be raised within a reasonable timeframe, and we will return to address cleaning-related items only.
Our cleans include kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, and detailed areas throughout the property.
The exact scope depends on the service booked and the condition of the property at the time of attendance.
Walls are spot cleaned only where required. We do not scrub walls or attempt to remove scuffs, marks, or damage. A full wall wash is not included and must be requested and quoted separately.
The property must be completely vacant of all furniture, personal items, and rubbish prior to our arrival, with water and electricity connected and fully operational.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reschedule or adjust the scope of works, and additional fees may apply.
Timeframes vary depending on the size and condition of the property. Most cleans are completed within a full day, however this is not guaranteed.
Yes, for cleaning-related items only. Any issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe. We do not return for items outside the agreed scope, damage, or pre-existing conditions.
